Details and Application Guidelines
Worldwide Voices develops collaborative arts programs with multicultural community groups. We are seeking interns to work with a creative team of media, arts, and language professionals.
Four types of internships are available:
1. Media Internship: for students who already have experience with one or more of the following: web design, Flash programming, audio editing, video editing, musical arrangements and midi programming. This internship will call on qualified media gurus to collaborate on the development of a dynamic new website. The site will incorporate video and audio source material that Worldwide Voices has already recorded as well as new content that the interns will help to gather. Experience with a Mac is a plus.
2. Languages, Arts, and Theater Internship: will train qualified candidates to assist with community workshops. Spoken/written fluency in a second language is a plus. Those with experience as a teacher, group leader, actor, director, or in technical theater work are also encouraged to apply. Visit our HOME page for a list of current workshops that interns may assist with.
3. Fundraising/Event Planning Internship: some experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates.
4. Grant Research/Writing Internship: some experience preferred, but will train qualified candidates.
